This guide helps Australian not-for-profit organisations make informed decisions about procuring and implementing AI tools and systems. Whether you're considering purchasing an off-the-shelf tool for your team, introducing AI functionality into one of your existing platforms or building a custom AI solution for service delivery, this guide provides practical, proportionate advice.
The four pathways to AI procurement
Ranging from essential to comprehensive, there are four pathways detailed below that run through different approaches to AI procurement to suit your not-for-profit. Each pathway increases with complexity and risk, but also opportunity and innovation.

This guide will funnel you through the steps and templates you need to set your organisation up for AI success. There are four different pathways, catered for different organisations level of expertise, need and risk.
